Health benefits of organic honey include improved blood pressure, heart function, and circulation. It also improves intestinal problems, liver and kidney function.

Other honey producers use smoke to chase away the bees when it is time for harvest. This use of smoke compromises the taste and quality of honey, so COMACO provides its farmers with protective clothing for harvesting so that they do not have to use smoke.  All honey is then carefully filtered to remove any foreign particles and packaged for sale.

While some brands boil their honey to prevent crystallization, COMACO does not, because boiling removes some of the natural health properties of the honey. For this reason, a customer may occasionally find the IT’S WILD!  honey has crystallized. This is not unusual for organic natural honey. To remove the crystallization, simply place the bottle of honey is a container of warm water for about five minutes and the honey will remain liquid for days if not weeks.
