Chama Rice - exceptionally rich-tasting with a distinct aromatic flavour. Produced in rain-fed paddies during the wet season in Luangwa Valley, it is cultivated without fertilizer or pesticides. COMACO has more than doubled the value of Chama Rice for local producers, who earn additional bonuses when complying with conservation farming practices and abandoning the use of wire snares that kill wildlife.

Chalimbana Groundnuts are a nutritious, protein-rich groundnut grown by farmers throughout much of Luangwa Valley.
