• Accommodation in open on-suite chalets

• All meals – breakfast, lunch, afternoon Tea/Coffee and dinner

Suggested Itinerary:
An early wakeup call and tea/coffee before heading into the park for a morning walk or drive is from 6:00 am to 10:30 am.

• The night drive leaves camp around 4:00 pm to 18:30 pm and a powerful spotlight will reveal many of Luangwa’s’ nocturnal secret, this includes sundowners
• A relaxed brunch in camp and time for a siesta or have a chat with your guide before meeting for the afternoon tea/coffee
• Dinner will be awaiting your arrival back in camp and a chance to discuss the day and relax around the campfire before retiring to your chalet.

Drives- $30 per person per drive & Children under 12 are half rate

Park fees – Are paid direct to Zambia Wildlife Authority in US$ or Zambian Kwacha equivalent.
International Clients – $25 per person and the permit is valid for 24 hours.
Self drive Clients – $30 per person and the permit is valid for 24 hours.
Residence Clients – $20 per person and the permit is valid for 24 hours.
Zambian Clients – 25,000 kwacha per person and the permit is valid for 24 hours.

BOOKING INFORMATION:
A deposit of 25% of the quoted rates is required to confirm the booking.
Full payment is due at least 30 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATIONS are subject to the following fees:
90 – 30 days: 25% cancellation
31 – 7 days: 50% cancellation
7 – 0 days: 100% cancellation
