Conservation should be everyone’s career. Sadly, it is the opposite. Many would agree it is time for a change.

COMACO has built facilities and infrastructure in 9 districts, has amassed a large database on farmer livelihoods, farm yields, and conservation indicators, and has grown an industry of products around small-scale farmers. Through radio, job employment, internships, and study visits, COMACO seeks to inspire the next generation of conservationists to be as bold and as adventurous as the first… even more.

With internship grants, COMACO could start new careers and excite sharp minds and big hearts to a future helping small farmers live with nature while feeding the nation. With a little funding help, a career path for many could begin and for seasoned professionals with time to volunteer, a chance for proven skills to start working for COMACO.
